Was supposed to be a NPC for a game prototype I kinda abandoned. This guy was supposed to give out quests and assignments to player. He was behind a wall with an opening in it, so I didn't need to draw the whole body. 30x40.
Update: After being rejected, revamped the whole thing pretty much, Just kept the basic idea, shape and size. Lowered color count from 22 to 17 and removed transparency. Now instead of a NPC in-game this becomes more of a portrait or something like that. An improvement overall fo sho.
