Nice to see a reference that isn't blatantly copied. Nice composition! I'd have to agree with MotorRoach about the lack of contrast, but otherwise this is a very solid piece!
The shape and line details are really good, but I feel there is little contrast on most of the shading. And that rock doesn't looks very rock like either.
