A lot of your shadows are too heavy-handed and are hugging the lines/shapes they're meant to shade, creating unsightly banding (most obvious on the ear-like part) and some instances of pillow shading (e.g. on the front of the neck, where the lighter sections seem disconnected from the rest of the body because of it). Your AA and choice of colour gradations is also rather inconsistent, some parts are over-smoothed to the point where you have some barely-noticeable colours, but some parts (like the horn highlights) have no AA at all and look very pixelated in comparison.
You clearly tried quite a few more advanced things in this image than in the your other submissions that are on the queue right now, and that's great! I think the fact that this piece shows some of your weaknesses that the others do not means this is the piece you can learn the most from, and I hope that you choose to do so. I know I only pointed out negatives, but it looks like you have a good understanding of your strengths already and don't need them repeated xP
Ohhhh, you can never go wrong with a dragon :D I do think this would look better on either a different colored or transparent background.
