Pretty cool, I like it.
You actually have five colors, there're four white pixels in each corner.
I would experiment with the eyes. If you want Santa to look more menacing, making the eyes less vertical elongated would help. Of course that would mean to adjust the rest afterwards. Or make him look more crazy with more rounded eyes. The way his eyes make him look now is a mix between annoyed and bored.
Hmm didn't know those white pixels where there. Anyways thanks for the feedback
