yes, there are 10 colours, there is a very useful tool for checking that which can be found here http://wouterpleizier.nl/pj/  (features->image spec tool). I also noticed that you have 4 transparencies in your image. it is usually considered bad pixel art practice, so you might want to change those extra transparencies into solid colour or solid transparency.
