The style on this is great, I love it.  Like some sort of surreal scene or something painted on some sort of fabric.

Cool kind of style. You want endless criticism? I'll do my best... your hills are kind of weirdly blobby; you could have done more to suggest a realistic shape; as it is it looks like a hill with light spots placed on it at random. Your cliffs are strangely rounded and it's weird how they all kind of flatten out toward the top.
And... one big-ish thing. What is lighting up the cliff, the waterfall, the near side of the hill so brightly? The sun is over on the other side of them. But this is only a big-ish thing. Logically, the stuff probably shouldn't be lit up like that, but it looks fine and it's up to you if you want to decide it has to be changed.
