I made a limited palette so I just gave up on that coat because I did not have enough colors to make deeper shadows. Now I see that dress inside would be better with darker shadow but I don't wanna touch this pixel again anyway!

Looks really nice. Interesting style. Not sure about the lack of shading on the jacket. Made the arms difficult to see at first, though it looks like it's a style decision. The value of the boots and coat seems a fair bit lower than the darkest shade of the dress, which also looks a little weird. I'd probably make the bottom of the dress a bit darker?

Excellent use of color, love the design as well and the play between the flat patterning on the coat and the more sculpted, volumous dress.

I don't necessarily get that she's floating -- i thought it was more exaggerated perspective (reinforced by the top half of the dress).  I also think a bit of AA could really help this piece out.  But those are minor concerns.
