Oops, commented twice. Pardon, I'm still new despite being registered since 2013.
I've put a very light green dot for the eyes instead of white to make it more subtle but I was doing it zoomed in, I didn't realize it has become unnoticeable when viewed in its actual size. Thanks for pointing that out! :)
Not bad in general, but put more care on curved lines. Make a logic symmetry between face and dress. I suggest white dots in the eyes.
