The lack of background gives this unfinished look. The dithering gave this a very nice look. I like it

Some commented it as unfinished and honestly I feel it too, but I'm glad that you liked the colors, chosing colors is one of my favorite aspects of the media.

Honestly, I didn't know what to add in the background, so I wanted at least a solid color there.
