I mistook this for a very small Kim Jong-Un at first. 

I would suggest making the anmation a bit quicker, and maybe with fewer frames; the amount of frames here sort of combats the simplistic style you've deployed, so it'd probably be in your best interest to reduce it down to a couple frames and a snappy animation.
