This is a pretty random picture, where I violently trew around brush strokes, while using those standard dithering patterns. It also looks kinda like a wall with blood.
It's not your super impressive high detail hours-of-work pixel art, but I like it for it's style. | 
It doesn't have to be super-detail or have massive elements to be a great piece, and this one is. Kudos on the great work.
