This is really cool and well done, but besides having similarly colored hair, I don't see how it resembles the mascot.

Sorry if that's the whole point of this. I did read the description, but maybe some features could have been left intact.

I copied and pasted the relevant section of the rules, and my interpretation was at least means the least amount possible is 3. As in it can't be less than three. And since there is no upper limit specified, it can be higher than 3 and 4 and upwards.

The one who had trouble with the rules was Daruda, which was who I was replying to and why I was replying to him.
 

It seemed cool to me and another Mod (then another) thought it fine too I just wondered what PBDC noticed.

basically, at least = minimum. If I want to make him 15 heads tall, technically I can. "At least" is strictly about a lower limit, not an upper limit. :)

@PBDC, I got confused by that rule and added because its over 3 heads tall. How do you interpret that rule? 

Your piece must be at least 3 heads tall.

I really like it, the readability and color choices are solid.

I think you might've overdone the AA on the skin (especially the face) compared to the clean simplicity of the clothing.
