Another animation for the Evil Tree enemy, this time it's an idle bounce. The way I approach idle animation is just hard and fast. I shift parts around and try and come up with a pleasing motion. I stick strictly to straight ahead style animation as I don't really see a good way to set up key frames. I'll always end up changing the highest high or the lowest low so pose to pose doesn't really work. The first setup rough anim is the hardest part in my opinion. The infinite possiblites are quite daunting. Also I never know how many frames I'm going to end up with before I'm done lol. Oh and I love animating the secondary bits such as the arms, leaves, vines, tiny arm tree, etc.
