Just started something similar some weeks ago. Some quick crits: Some of the icons suffer from banding; while the bomb has great value contrast most of the other icons lack it; most of the icons have some really underused colors. I suppose it's for practice so I suggest trying some less symmetric objects (or a less symmertic rendering - that bomb is really nice).

Keep up pushing those pixels.
