Will our heroes escape from the labyrinthine dungeon of confusion and escape the evil Shlordak or are they doomed to be lost forever, falling into madness... or worse?

Standard Atari ST specs: 320x200, 9 bit palette, 16 colours. I added a border because the machine has one (bigger even) and it makes a nice passepartout.

Progress animation!

Deliciously wacky :)

Great use of the Atari STF palette too!

Thanks guys.

Things in here don't really catch my eye very often (catch my eye as in, "woah, this is fucking amazing!").

This here did.

Like, seriously, it's really awesome and I freaking love it.

Delicious (Level 10 Capo) @ 1/14/2015 20:51

You rock man. Love these funky faces you make.

Mathias (Level 6 Garbage) @ 1/14/2015 15:22

love it

ptoing (Level 7 Cuttlefish) @ 1/13/2015 23:38

Thanks :) Yeah, kinda a trademark by now, though I do not always use it.

The underside of the nose: I did not want to dither it there, because that looked weird and I don't have good colours to put there as buffers. The weird greenish grey would work, but is super burny if set between the more reddish colours. And I did not want to make the nose too much of a focal point.

Dr D (Level 4 Shichikyu) @ 1/13/2015 21:48

The classic ptoing side-nostrils nose. Pretty a much a trademark of your works by now, eh?

Glad to see you haven't lose your style, fantastic as always. Especially love the colors. I think the bottom of the nose is a little unrefined compared to the rest of the piece, where the shade transitions are either dithered or have some sort of texture going on.

Mandrill (Level 9 T-rex) @ 1/13/2015 10:44

There are so many things to learn from this piece.

Great stuff!

ptoing (Level 7 Cuttlefish) @ 1/12/2015 14:29

Thanks everyone!

iLKke: I actually made a new preview which would have been square, but thanks to bugs in PJ it is still the same size now :/

carrion (Level 7 Underboss) @ 1/12/2015 13:02

Classic Ptoing. Man thi is great!

Splurge (Level 4 Team Leader) @ 1/12/2015 06:42

Lively! The three cigar shapes in the top left are strangely dramatic.

Stickman (Level 7 Sheriff) @ 1/11/2015 17:32

That ghostly eye and the little guy at the bottom :D

Brink (Level 4 Lieutenant) @ 1/11/2015 11:25

I always enjoy watching your process animations.

Wugabuga (Level 1 Rookie) @ 1/11/2015 00:34

Those lips and that stuble!

iLKke (Level 9 Nidan) @ 1/10/2015 20:09

That is an oddly shaped perfume bottle. Also the preview is nto sqare.

Otherwise very nice :D
