About a year ago, I created a crossover fangame between Mega Man and My Little Pony, it's basically a Mega Man game with ponies as the characters.

This here is the animation of a boss fight for a bonus stage I'm still working on at the moment. Progress is super slow, but I'm getting there. In the meantime, I decided to upload one of the new animations as a way to say "Yes, I'm still working on it!", and figured I could post it in here to see what other pixel artists might wanna say about it.
