I agree with cels. More contrast + less colors = better.

You don't want to make people squint at your pixel piece.

Good to see more 40k stuff here. I think this needs a lot more contrast. The cropping is not ideal for a piece like this. and you need to use lights and shadow more to help us appreciate the shape of the helmet (bringing us back to contrast). You've also used 25 colours and I think you probably need less than 10 for this piece. Using less colours speeds up the process, makes it easier to make adjustments.
