I'm basically a videogame artist, I'm better at icons than character design. I like to have an outline, because it makes the sprite more solid.

Btw if I needed this to in a game I obviously erased the outline, because the solidity of the sprite will be shaped with animation.

The sketch is nice, good work, also I'm everytime against black outlines...
I don't know, but I don't like it too much, And this is not an exception.

This art looks more like a game sprite, looks
amazing for any rol playing game, but I think on those kind of sprites this
black outlined doesn't make a good sence, maybe AA will get better on those
outlines, because game backgrounds are changing a lot everytime, but well
this is only an art posting community, and it is great.
