You should really include the arms when creating the animation to make sure it looks right, just keep them on a seperate layer or something. Anyway from what I can see this looks fine so far, start adding detail because most of the head/torso animation is in the rotation, which doesnt show up in a silhouette. You could perhaps have the torso move more upright in each cycle, as it is leaning forward a lot. Also consider a little more vertical bounce.
Or the head?! It's a "please help tell me what's wrong" because it's too rigid. This is actually for a game so I won't add arms in the animation (arms are added with code!)
Alright, so the game it's for, is actually silhouette based! I added some more vertical action and took away the violent swinging of the torso :D
