I don't know about the weekly challenge, which is mentioned in another comment, but I like this style. Very nice!

1. this uses not 8 colours but a whooping 17.
2. this has nothing to do with weekly challenge, so please remove it from weekly challenge or get it removed.

3. this artwork is way zoomed in, please upload at the original resolution, it is possible to zoom in and out with + and - buttons
4. this is actually not a bad piece of pixel art, reminds me of lone survivor.
