It would be cool to make a zelda-like with some of these animations I kind of had that in mind but I don't really know yet.

I absolutely agree about the walk, I rushed it. I've updated the animation and I've doubled the frame count on the walk. I've also changed the attack a little to give it a bit more punch, the transition from this to the idle again I haven't touched however, but it could definately be bettered.

Somehow the tipsy toe walk animation feels so out of place, since the attack animation is so much more dynamic and smooth. That's about the only gripe I have with this. Very nice colors and a cool character.
I feel the armor walks too fast, but the magic attack looks great!
Cool. Fits well with those smaller sprites you've been making, despite being much larger.

I love your subtle use of the grey outline.
The magic attack however, I find kinda weird. Is it some sort of lightning fire spell? I think it looks too complex and plays too fast. Also the way it disappear is boring. Id say take exemple on SOTN alucard's sword animations, but it might not fix the theme.
The sprite looks fantastic, the magic staff animation is good, the colours are great. But I don't like the walking animation, personally. Those fast, small steps make him look far less intimidating than he would look with some longer, slower strides. His hips are also locked when he walks and he's got a very sexy thigh gap, which is a bit odd. That's just my amateur opinion, anyway :)
