love the subtle changes in hue.  Also I just love this style... It 's not cute but dark yet manages to have a bit of charm

Aww, I liked the other preview.  Usually it's a good thing to look like a new piece from Fool.  I don't see any distortion, though.

Thanks guys! I updated the preview, took tarenken's advice for the wasp and added some green. Also whitened the eyes of the plant and tweaked one of its vines. The wasp is smaller than it used to be, turned out I was using an outdated sprite that was too large. 

edit: the preview image looks distorted to me. let me know if you notice a compromise in quality of the preview image on the main page.

Lovely use of color, though it's kind of odd to see the wasp doesn't reuse anything but the red from the other two. Maybe some thin stripes in the green or purple?

That boss plant is killer. They work really well togerther as a set.

My faves are the two plant-vine-tangles myself.

The bigger wasp sprite is awesome.
