This is amazing. The palette is satisfying to look at, and the pixel art is spot on. Impressive. You have my vote.
Looks awesome, i like ur coloring and use of dithering
Wohooo! tried to make them as realistic as I could dude.
Thank you King of Rohan ;)
Agree with you, I'll polish it a little when I get some spare time.
Thank you!
Yeah gold ingots shouldn't have any dithering, but you have to do that when you have a limited colour palette and need to switch the tonality. I'm a beginner man! xD
Thanks for your comment, I'll keep these all things in mind to improve my works
Its goodbut coulduse a polish in places. alot of the lines are too messy
Nice, it reads well!
But I think that the dither may be too strong, gold lingots are incredibly perfect, because their value must be precise and the dither make them look rough....but that's subjective, they look good
I don't know the color of the gold or anything like that, but for the first view I said, it's like a photo, so in my opinion it's a very good work, congratulation!
some people apparantly think that the gold looks too orange. I think it looks delicious. so good. i don't even see the need for any dithering or AA.
The gold looks too orange, and it doesn't look like real gold to me. Gold usually has something of a subtle green tint to its highlights, and adding that could make this PA more believable. I like the reflections on the leftmost brick.
I don't know yet how to make a pretty nice AA =/. But I'm totally agree with you, most of my works would get better with AA.
I read the cure's forum thread when I started making pixelart, but I guess the AA part is too complex for me by now. Will try to edit this work when I'm an AA pro
Thanks for the tip CELS!
This is quite nice, but it would look even better if you cleaned up the lines and applied some nice AA. At a glance it looks great, but when you really start to study the pixel placement, it' leaves something to be desired.
Hahah pretty interesting huh?
