There are several programs you can use.

I used Photoshop to make this one. Go to Window > Animation(or Timeline, depends on your version) to view the animation tools.

Thanks Finlal. Yeah, I figured since he kind of jumps and releases friction from the ground, there would be no more air bubbles trapped below him to be forced upwards through his body.

Very smooth.
But why bubbled disappear while this jump (or what is it)?
