Hate is a little bit of a strong word, but I dislike a lot of the things commonly associated with the stereotypical neckbeard: the whispy facial hair, the silly hats, the lack of personal hygiene, and the social awkwardness.

I'm assuming this is 10 colors, though I like how you used them all. You didn't go for broke on the face details in order to save it for other aspects - which I like.

You might want to make the background transparent to allow one extra color - which you can use however you wish.
