May I know the process of how you did your animated sprite? Y' know, like if you drew and animated it as regular digital art first and then traced over it to make it a sprite, and which program(s) you've used 
Doing a bit of personal research so I can figure out the general idea of doing these things...
I love this thing! It looks like it would be straight at home in Cortex Command (and I love Cortex Command).
Looks like a frightening mix of Robotnik’s Egg Mobile, Mecha-Frieza, and a failed Dr. Wily creation. 
I love the design and the animation. That color scheme looks amazing.
