Weekly Challenge: Starburst
You are right, the position of the flame is a bit off of place. The initial idea was that the flame was a will-o-wisp, but I though the background was quite empty so I drew the torch and I didn't realize the problem with light until now 
I think is a good entry and a good use of dithering. If I have to mention something it's the sourse of light. With these lights, the torch should be over his/her head (exept for the big shadow), but it looks like the part of the backgound. But I don't think it matters too much.
