I also agree about the lighter shade of black, I didn't even notice it at first. A tweak here and there, a little palette adjustment and this'll be A-1 :D Very nice idea and atmosphere you have going on here!

Normally, the ocean wouldn't be seen as a silhouette at a sunset like that. The lighter shade of black is hardly noticeable and is pretty much wasted.
