I'm a bit unclear on what's ok, but I did go over this pixel by pixel, maybe it's a little too big? Well anyways, hopefully this is alright.

Originally the image had started upside down, and the symbols that were started as a seperate project ended up being added to this one (I enjoy making symbols quite a lot).
