Holy motherf****ing ****, I love these. And this one is one of your best.

My only criticism is that the flapping motion on the bottom of his robe, over his left ankle, flops a bit too much back and forth from left to right, whereas all the other ripples imply a stronger wind from right to left. If that makes sense.

Wiw the animation on this is just beautiful. I agree with Worriedcat, some breathing animation or something around the chest area would look great also. :0

sweet! Know it sounds wierd, but some action around the shoulders, as in breathing motion- would do a lot to the general flow imo. Love Varys btw, favorite character. Great piece!
