I'll agree with Alex. Dithering only usually looks good with larger pieces, where you need to do smooth transitions between two colors that are far between. Try practicing dithering on a larger picture, because this doesn't really need it. Good luck!
you dont need to dither in something like this, besides...dithering with tiles like this just doesnt look as clean. So i made a quick edit to show you how much cleaner it looks with solid colours.
