I think I changed the shading too much.

I'm liking the purple robe, but the hat could use a bit of work. I don't think it needs an outline to seperate the brim and the rest. Try differentiating the parts with shading. (For example, make the brim lighter as if the light source is more from above than from the side.)

the top circle of the top hat is perspectively different from the bottom circle. Try "flattening" it a bit!
