I had the same issue with photoshop and I assuming that you use photoshop to create Gif image. If so something like this will happen if you converted a selected color to transparent. To change backgroung into transparent in photoshop all you need to do is erase the background manually, I mean you have to erase each frame background colors manually using eraser or any other tool.
Though, in the game the character windranger does have an animation for an ability where she becomes blurry, that could be what Philtomato was trying to go for -though it still doesn't look quite right.
Ok so it wasn't just me getting the tracer effect. I agree with the others that the piece needs to be fixed before it gets in to the gallery.
Agreed, your program pretty much ruined this animation. You ought to fix and reupload it.
What program did you use to animate this? There seem to be issues with the frame disposal.
