Automatic blending is not something that is done in pixel art. This will likely be rejected from the gallery due to the excessive colors and not hand-made nature of it.

I think that this would be a helpful read for you.

i made this pixel skull and I used this thing on the edit site thing called "blend" and it helped me a lot to make more colors
