My god! Thanks man! That was really helpful.
Yes it was intentional with toes. And about head wobbling. I wanted it to wobble but I haven't put enough motion. Thats why it looks that glitchy :s And about colors. I am just bad with them:)
Can't thank you enough.
Pretty solid run overall, but there are some subtle changes that could really help the overall look.
As far as the shading, personally I think your colour ramps might be most of the issue? The differences in shading are very hard to see, especially the highlight, which is rather oversaturated compared to the rest. Also, pay attention to the shading on the closer arm-you're rotating the shadowed area along with the motion, rather than staying consistent to the light source. The arm is shadowed at the bottom when far back, which is in line with the rest of the image, but then when it swings forward the shadow appears on top-contrary to the light source. Focus on keeping your light source consistent first and everything else should work out.
For the motion, consider adjusting the frame timings to exaggerate the ease in/out effect-with a longer hold at each extension and then a much shorter time at the crossover in the middle. This will make the animation appear a little more fluid. Other than that, while it looks like it might be intentional here, typically when a person runs their toes will not stay pointed when extended forward-normally the foot would rotate upwards to put the heel first, in anticipation of the landing.
The head also appears to be wiggling around a little strangely, it seems like the frames might not be quite aligned correctly?
Here's a quick edit to demonstrate some of the things I've mentioned, hope you don't mind. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58256916/jamrunedit.gif
This animation itself is good. Though you can add more frames to make it more fluid and details to character for overall interest.
Looks great! I also love your Revolver Ocelot rendition.
