Yeah, I've tried variations and spacing before I guess I just wanted to try something different. Thank you for the explaination though! :0
I know, but what made the difference for me with it is that a lot of people think that checkerboard is just checkerboard, but it's actually a series of different levels of spacing, that convey different percentages of "opacity", the traditional checkerboard people tend to overuse is 50% but there are other dither patterns used to make a smoother gradient, as in you don't just use one :P I'm not a pro so I'm not the best to ask but this page has a red into green example of what I'm trying to say XD and probably explains it better than me
Thank you and I was experimenting and trying to get away from the checkerboard dithering style. XD
I just think the same, you should erradicate those lines on the body's shaddows. Everything but that is perfect keep up the good work.
I like this entirely, except I'm not too sure about the lines for dithering, I think I prefer either some variation of checkerboard pattern or crisp "no dither" style, one or the other ^ ^ the lines on the hat are good though c:
this one is REALLYREALLY awesome !
