This was my first Sprites inc submission. Chill Penquin was always my favorite maverick character on the MM X 1 saga. But how it looks in Megaman 1-6 8-Bit. That is the question about spriting. I did my best and Chill Penquin is ever done. I hope you enjoy my Megaman 8 bit chill Penquin.
