Head should be a little bit bigger, and the muscles are strange.

Another flaw is that the shading makes it look REALLY flat, and that the white parts don't go well with the rest.

The muscles seem very random, especially the forearm. What I would do is study the muscles that are drawn for Street Fighter characters. It really helps. Aside, the AA and shading looks very nice. Overall, work on the anatomy and clothing folds and the shading will add to make it that much better. 3/5. Keep it up!

The colors choice is the only thing good I see on this piece. Like, the outline is realy weird, the anatomy, the shading, the lack of AA... And where is th fire?
