Reimagining Osamu Tezuka's excellent Black Jack manga into a game boy game. Highly recommend giving it a read.
Note: I was partially inspired by neofotistou's recent (and excellent) game mockup due to never trying a gameboy mockup before, so I wanted to fix that.
