Please use the 'edit it' under the art to upload a new vresion at 1X (2nd panel) and then you can uplaod this 4X version as the preview/small file (1st panel). Don't forget to hit submit button when done.

Can you please make sure you unzoom the full image. You can set the preview image to be 4x, but the actual submission should be 16 x 16.
