By saying that he has no eyes I meant he looks like he is eyeless, like Gordon from Agents of Shield :)

I just told you... that it doesn't have eyes... and then you explain to me again like I'm simple that it doesn't have eyes...

I'm also intrigued by the fact that you single this one out for that criticism when at least when I last looked, a large number (more than half, say) of the entries do not feature exact details like eyes, and are of less iconic subjects to boot. 

I don't recognize Pidgeotto or any other pokemon in latest Finlal's piece. Even if it's a really good work I only can see a nicely animated bird - so it's a bad example for me. 

You haven't marked eyes in any way - by completely different colour or just shading. So for me, this Spyre doesn't have eyes.

But if you say that no one told you to add the eye, and I'm the only complainer, maybe I'm wrong then :) 

I personally do not wish to add any at this point because I do not believe it is necessary to recognise Spyro with the eyes, and most of the entries in this challenge leave out many details in an effort to represent something with only the most critical elements present. An example of this is the flapping Pidgeotto by Finlal, that does not have eyes, talons, invididual feathers, and many other things besides, and yet is still instantly recognisable as what it is, and quite specifically so (a Pidgeotto as opposed to pidgey for example). 

I know that sometimes it is very hard to put eyes on so small sprite, but in that case I think that you should find the way to mark them somehow - they are really visible part of this character in-game.
