I absolutely love the style, and how you manage to represent all these objects perfectly with a few pixels.

fyi at 200% the knight shading looks good but when i get to 300% the banding and linear gradient on the torso is too obvious.
i'd consider shifting a few pixels around in that area and perhaps give the helmet a stronger specular than the chest plate but that might be personal choice.
the trees could probably use a patch of shadow under them too instead of just highlighted grass.
