The colour choices and lighting is very nice, but I agree with scorched. This strongly looks like NPA tools have been used which is against the rules of submission.

Looks like it uses non-pixel-art brush anti-alias in one places and leaves rude pixel stairs in other. Colors are nice though. Is this a game mockup?
