This is one of the tougher attacks from the Artisan, this is like the 'rogue' class on other games, he uses daggers and short swords in order to be faster than the other classes.

It's really well animated and smooth, but a bit to slow for a cuts, I think. Hits don't feel like hits, more like waggling around with sword.
Try to delete few frames, maybe?
