So this was inspired by EarthBound's art style (I love that game sooo much by the way) and I just decided to animate it spinning. Simply that. The ears seem to pop in and out but I haven't the courange to bring myself to that learning curve quite yet. You see, I don't animate with animating software. I make the individual frames and put them into a gif maker... not effiecient at all. Sometime or another I will get graphics gale (Or similar) to animate.
