For me, any broken law must be abused to the end so this is good :)

Just because you could break the "Exactly 4 colors" rule, it doesn't mean you should use so many colors in a not-so-big image 

It feels a tad bit... crowded. I can barely tell what's happening (especially without a description), and even if it was obvious it doesn't look like a crime to me... but more like a fight scene (unless said fight scene itself is considered a crime). Also, your choice of colors and black outline doesn't appeal to me much; it doesn't look very professional.

That's just my two cents though.
