I will rework tail tomorrow, maybe even add some interesting detail to it.

So like the tail should be not moving up and down so much because if you think about why wuld a creature put energy into lifting its tail(it still should have a small bump when the wings go down but right now it looks like a dogs tail)

Can you please give an example?  I can't quite understand what you meant by physics.
