Yes, the aa isn't a good choice.

And it's obviously based on the Pink Floyd album cover, for the eye it's inspired by the Eye of Providence, I don't used a picture I just noticed that the eye is formed from a thick opened eyelid and a white glow/reflection on a black area. And the aspect/texture of the brick is more or less pixels sitck together randomly.
