Wow thank you! This was actually a practice in dithering and I'm glad it looks decent enough heh.

Great start! The leaf colours and dithering look pretty cool. Two things minor things could be improved though.

I would kick out one of the brown mids and increase the canvas size by adding roughly 10 pixels to both sides and the top.
