I agree. I don't whether or not to use an outline or AA..

Accurate and faithful to the show, but the AA leaves something to be desired, particularly on her legs. She needs a bit more, I'd say, to emulate the soft forms in the show.

At this point, an outline would clutter the pixelart, I'd think. She just needs a bit smoother AA, like this.
